I started in 2003 at MARIN as trainee. In 2004 I worked in the manoeuvring department under the guidance of Mr. Frans Quadvlieg. I had the honour of assisting and learning directly from Mr. Holtrop and Mr. Mennen. Mr. Allema was my manager when I worked in the ships powering department. The seakeeping knowledge of Mr. Dallinga guided me through many challenging projects. But only many years later I was stimulated and allowed to follow projects through the entire process POW SEA MAN by my manager Guilhem Gaillarde.
