Introduction
Hans worked for many years in the aviation domain focussing on the role of the human operator. First as researcher later as human factors specialist at air traffic control the Netherlands at Schiphol. Hans interest is to contribute in research to cocreate a working environment for the human operator in a complex technical and high risk working environment. He stands for a human centered approach.
