To investigate the capabilities of using a viscous-flow solver to calculate current or manoeuvring forces on ship hulls, calculations have been conducted for a test hull under several oblique inflow conditions. Conclusions are drawn regarding the accuracy of the results and recommendations for improvements and further work are given.
