TES - A Training Evaluation System

In this paper the design and development of the Training Evaluation System (TES) is described. TES will be integrated into the MSCN training design- and NEN ISO 9001 quality assurance procedures and thus collect training data in all the design, development, execution and post-training stages. After a short introduction about the context of TES, the basic design principles are explained: what kind of questions will be asked to whom and what instruments will be used. Each TES procedure and instrument is described shortly. The paper concludes with describing the way in which TES will be integrated into the MSCN training design procedures.
