Presently the largest container vessel in the world measures over 400 meters. How do we prepare the nautical team for the reception of such a huge vessel? When a port has built a new terminal, how do we familiarise the pilots and tug masters with this new situation?

We provide simulator training to prepare maritime professionals for their job. Our training programs are always dedicated, tailor made for a specific operation. We offer the possibility to train with a team of pilots, tug masters and VTS operators in one game. Our mathematical modelling of the ship’s behaviour, the environment and interaction effects is excellent. But above all we have a keen eye for the needs of the trainees. For each training we define a dedicated program that corresponds with their needs. Our instructors are carefully chosen for each training, based on their experience and type of operation. The MARIN instructors have all proven themselves at sea as Master Mariners.
