Intro
A successful example of cooperation and support at an early design stage has been the extensive analysis of the Satellite Services Platform (SSP), developed by OPE in Houston. A combination of a broad numerical study and dedicated model basin experiments, resulted in a thorough understanding of the characteristics, opportunities and qualities of OPE’s SSP.
