Services & Activities
Along the way, our project managers have acquired experience across the complete range of Offshore activities: mooring systems, Dynamic Positioning, complex installations, towing of structures, riser behaviour, dredging equipment in waves, floating civil works, wave run up problems at fixed structures, launching, human comfort, downtime analysis and impact loading (slamming and greenwater).
We have generalists who support solving larger order problems - for example, the integration of hydrodynamic aspects in the total scope of the project. And we have specialists who support solving detailed hydrodynamic problems. Both groups are involved in industrial projects and basic research, and receive regular training to keep abreast of the latest developments. MARIN has a broad view on offshore structures and has knowledge available on FPSOs, CALM buoys, TLPs, Semi-submersibles and Spars.
