Register here for the MARIN course ‘Applied Hydrodynamics of Floating Offshore Structures’ in Houston from October 6-8.

The course gives an overview of the latest experiences in a broad range of important fields, such as extreme metocean conditions (hurricane waves, loop currents, wind squalls), motion analysis, wave impact and green water loads, Dynamic Positioning (DP), coupled mooring analysis, offloading operations, shallow water mooring, and deep water model testing of Spars, Semis, TLPs and FPSOs.

The course is for both professionals and newcomers. It is given by a team of experts from the MARIN Houston and Wageningen offices.

Interested?
This intensive and interactive course will be held at the Hilton Westchase Hotel. The costs for the course are only $ 2,450 including all documentation, lunches and a closing dinner on Wednesday. As we want to stimulate interaction between the lecturers and the participants, the number of participants is limited, so an early registration is recommended.
