MARIN has started the Joint Industry Project HELIOS: Helicopter Operations for Offshore Ships.
The proposed work for this 3 year JIP will be conducted by WS Atkins, Kongsberg, TU-Eindhoven, National Aerospace Laboratory NLR and MARIN. The UK-CAA is supporting this project with results from their previous research.
Oil companies, FPSO & Vessel Operators, Heli-Operators, Suppliers and Authorities are welcome to join.
