Cooperative Research Ships (CRS) celebrates its 40th Anniversary this year. CRS is a group of 22 companies that jointly carry out applied research in the field of ship hydrodynamics and related areas, such as design, economy and operational performance. Members comprise shipyards, suppliers, operators, navies, classification societies and research institutes. Over the past four decades, CRS has proven to be a stable and productive research platform for the shipping industry.
