Objectives
The objectives of this second phase are:
1. Execute research into the hydrodynamic aspects of mooring in close proximity;
2. Include in the SHUTTLE model the side-by-side offloading operation from LNG carriers to LNG FSRU’s (two floating structures);
3. Include the offloading of the LNG carrier at a GBS or open jetty (one floating and one fixed structure);

Deliverables
The project has the following deliverables to the participants:
1. Reports of research model tests and validation work;
2. Executable version of the developed tool;
3. Report of wind and current load interaction experiments ;
4. CD Rom of model test time traces;
5. Summary video of model tests.
The project will be completed with a training course with case studies.
